Pros

Like with any company there are good people here.

Cons

It's basically a cattle-call. Constant turnover and you will know why once you get there why that is. You support extremely complex and buggy software. It is constantly changing and its massive the amount of products you are expected to be experts on. The customers are rude and makes for an extremely stressful work environment.

Pros

Schedule is flexible, and my job is not stressful. Most of my colleagues are nice and competent. They seem invested their employees growth if you're willing to ask for a move to a different role.

Cons

This might vary between departments, but the atmosphere can be a little to sleepy for my taste. Not a great environment for extroverts. Sometimes, company seems driven more on producing new features than controlling the quality of what they've already made
