      Pros

      Benefits are amazing, work environment is semi professional while most everyone tends to act very casual towards to each other.

      Cons

      Advancement is slow, but management does tend to work with you to help prepare you for your next role you might be interested in.

      In general working at Esri is nice. The campus is nice, the city (Redlands) is beautiful and the people that work there are awesome.
