Pros

Cheap city, relatively safe neighbourhood, no traffic jam

Cons

Zero Growth, your coworker would be way less smart and less productive than those you will find in Bay Area, you will learn things slower since their code quality and project management are even worse than most of mainstream open source projects. Low paid, you can find a company that pays you six figures in Orange County or double your current salary if you move to bay area, I know they are expensive but paying half of what others would offer is definitly underpay

Pros

If you want to be lazy and just coast by you'll fit right in with everyone else.

Cons

Incompetent, unqualified coworkers and zero chance for growth internally. No incentive for hard work.

Horrible place to work

Pros

Low stress, low/no accountability. Nice campus

Cons

Low pay. HR Bullies. Terrible management No career growth. Arrogant. In five years, I've never seen a business strategy document or financial plan. Exployees don't have access to sales figures or P&L's, so no real benchmarks of performance. Back-end systems don't support business processes, nor does management seem in interested in creating a good customer experience.
