Market leader in GIS with strong focus on analysis software. Privately held without the crazy quarterly hype to satisfy shareholders. Good work - life balance with fair compensation. 100% health care coverage, profit sharing in 401k

Cons

Growing pains to transition from family - owned company to large corporation. Company relies on charisma of CEO who is at retirement age.

Leading company in the field, lot of very smart people, stable work environment with lots of training opportunities. Collegial.

Cons

Not many. This is a typical larger company --- suites many people very well. But it is not a "super exciting" place.
