      Pros

      Job security, good benefits, good work/life balance, Redlands' housing prices are much lower than LA/San Deigo/Beach cities

      Cons

      Lower than average pay compared to industry standards, some managers are micro managers, Redlands is a small town with few options for a life outside of work apart from hiking

      Pros

      Learned a lot working there. Good people. Good work life balance. Lots of opportunities to take on new interesting work.

      Cons

      They're a little below the industry average for software engineer pay. But really it was worth it for what I learned there and for the mellow atmosphere.
