Pros

The organization is very focused on taking care of its employees. As an organization it is very supportive and strives to see employees succeed. The company is a leader in its space and this helps getting in the door of prospects. The environment is very congenial between employees and and a team environment is supported.

Cons

The culture is very top down driven. Also, the culture has become very egocentric and organization focused. From a sales perspective the organization is its own worst enemy getting in its own way. The culture is very process oriented thus making it very difficult to incorporate new clients. This is a major issue that prospective clients express.

Pros

Work-life balance, benefits, the employees, the campus. The ability to move teams to find the right fit.

Cons

Coming from a public company to Esri is a big adjustment. Very standard processes at a public company become a little convoluted with approval processes here.
