Pros

Pay is above average for the location, but below average for the industry. Retirement matching is average. Benefits are great.

Cons

Little upward mobility. If you do happen to be promoted, the corporate approval process can take months. Human resources is ineffective at managing internal transfers and promotions. Antiquated performance reviews and poor management make for an unfriendly work environment. Both in management and technology, Esri is easily 10 years behind even the strongest competitor.
