Pros

As long as you keep your mouth shut then you’re guaranteed to never get fired.

Cons

- pay is awful compared to competitors - the company refuses to innovate since there isn’t too much competition - the number of options for remote work are lacking so they force you to move to the middle of nowhere (Redlands, CA) just because the founder is from there - the management is all old white men that grew up with jack. No real talent present anywhere - the company hires based off of where you went to college and not talent. They promote based off of this as well

Pros

Some of the most brilliant minds, kind people, and positive attitudes are employed with this company. It has been an absolute privilege to work with Esri over the past years, and I wouldn't change any of it for the knowledge I've gained, the experiences I've had, and the engaging people that surround the Organization.

Cons

I have no cons to share at this time.

Pros

Nice people, nice culture, onsite Cafe, flexible hours, did I already say nice people?

Cons

HR is a mess and doesn't care for you (the employee), they protect the company from you. No upward mobility, very very low pay, BAD management that starts at the top. If you are young, blonde and thin, you will definitely go places there.
