Pros

Decent benefits, you can fly below the radar and collect a decent check even if you are a poor performer.

Cons

Management here is the worst I've seen. They constantly belittle their workers and fight amongst each other. We have seen no change other than all of our best workers leaving. Nothing here is data driven. All based on what management thinks to be correct, which seldom is.

We don't want any of our employees to have this type of experience. Your HR business partner is aware of your concerns and hopes that you reach out to her to discuss this further. Thank you for your feedback.

Pros

Stable, solid, and great brand.

Cons

Very old school. Does not realize strong potential of their GIS offering can go beyond just creating maps. Does not allow telecommuting.

Pros

No premium for medical coverage for the ENTIRE FAMILY. Technical support teams give great opportunities for growth and are a fantastic launching point for recent graduates. A wonderful campus and beautiful work environment, and generally good people, with a very minimal drama footprint.

Cons

Ridiculous territorialism between development teams stifles cross team communication. When coupled with dangerously outdated development philosophies employed by management staff, and the complete stagnation of movement within staff and management ranks, it can be an extremely frustrating experience trying to get anything new done which would benefit the company.
