      Very cool technology and a beautiful campus

      The worst management style and org structure you'll ever encounter. The company is run like a sweatshop with HR being the corporate bully and the owners either being naive (which I doubt) or really distrustful of their employees. They monitor every single person in the company in a way that brings "OCD" to a new level. There's a lot of very unhappy people working here who feel they are either stuck because of where they live (ESRI one of the few tech companies in the area) or have just given up on themselves and their careers.
