      Pros

      Esri has a great culture which emphasizes employee well being. There are opportunities for career development like conferences, and the projects provide great learning opportunities. Generally Esri tries to stay on top of industry trends. Employees are encouraged to take sick leave when necessary and to take meaningful breaks with paid leave.

      Cons

      Pay ranges for international employees seem to significantly lower than the US employees, and there can be large discrepancies between salaries of fellow employees. The company is also not the most agile, and decisions are generally top down

      First 2 years were great. People were collaborative.

      Cons

      Principal-Agent problems. Some of the management doesn't have their feet on the ground. Difficulty to align incentives.
