Pros

Jack D has an amazing vision. Benefits are decent. Lower stress environment if you have the right management. People generally believe in the company's vision so they have the same goals for level of customer service.

Cons

Poor management, they choose people who don't know how to manage people and don't train them. The pay is not great unless you live in areas that are cheap, as they haven't figured out how to pay for the market of the employees location. They aren't keeping up with large companies in terms of paid leave for anything beyond birth mothers/fathers. No career path or advancement opportunities for most employees.

Pros

Excellent benefits, medical, dental, vision and other company discounts, including 401k profit-sharing, educational scholarship opportunities, and working with a highly talented pool of colleagues and general employees.

Cons

High turnover rates, excessive micromanagement, pigeon-holing into hired position with limited opportunities for advancement, strong reluctance and exceedingly long process to allow employees to internally transfer in-between departments/division.
