Pros

Very few to mention not to trust what they say or do. Lead by example and you will fit in perfect.

Cons

Management only looks out for them self. Very political. Manager need to go though training. They had so many layoff including VP. They brought in friend from another company and it so obvious it's all political and not a good place to land.

Friendly co-workers. Inside (but pricey) cafeteria. Good (but decreasing) benefits.

Cons

Constant employee turnover (restructuring). Constant work location (cubicle) changes. Very unclear how each department relates to each other (hierarchy) due to the constant company acquisitions and restructurings.
