Supports a balanced work/family life with work-from-home day options, PTO system, and somewhat flexible hours. Pay is generally competitive for responsibilities. Current senior leadership are generally bright, good people, especially for this industry.

Cons

A challenging industry the last few years has resulted in a lot of good effort by many people still not translating into results that meet expectations. Like being at a lame party, waiting for the excitement to begin.

-Never know when you will clock out. Your shift is done when all the work is finished. -Poor communication between management/leaders -No discipline for people who perform poorly, and no incentive for over achievers.
