Seems to be good mid level leadership. Provide pretty different tools for employees to get jobs done efficiently, but probably could upgrade. Good culture of giving back to the community

Cons

Not a great work environment, very grey and repetitious. Office is nice, yet feels like a government building. They try to seem up to date with culture, but are way off.
