Provides good opportunity for growth, Wonderful, hardworking, dedicated associates. Company has a strong culture of giving back to the community. Decent pay.

Cons

Senior leaders at Corporate headquarters are not always in touch with or grounded to how associates are feeling in the field. 2015 was a year of tremendous change, leaving associates feeling insecure about their jobs and the direction of the Company.
