Company Benefits ; 401K, Health, Dental and mix of miscellaneous others. A company that desires to advance and improve in many areas.

Cons

Direct managers lack people skills and education. Poor recognition for individuals. Raises are only yearly and at a rate of 2% of current hour rate - $12 an hour = $0.24 raise
