Lead and Manager care and are great people. Care about when you do get hurt and what not. More like a family. Laid back and easy going. Works with you. People are great. Pretty strict on safety

Cons

Don't pay enough and higher ups managers don't care about employees. Higher risk of getting hurt. In a warehouse so having to deal with heat and cold.
