Pros

Pay and benefits are good. You get all major holidays off.

Cons

Company is headquartered in Deerfield, IL an affluent suburb of Chicago. If you work there you have a better chance of success. Otherwise you could lose your job at any time or for any reason. There is a superiority complex within the company such that all locations other than Deerfield are considered stepchildren, so to speak.
