Large company with many regular - but solid - benefits. Good opportunities to really participate in getting things done. Learn about great operations and shipping.

Cons

So focused on reducing costs and consolidating systems that there is no growth strategy - and nobody left to come up with one. Simply put - their is no way they can grow so they will always have to cut.
