Pros

The environment is constantly changing which can be good or bad.

Cons

Once you get 'tenure' (that means you grew up in operations or the warehouse and remain committed to the supervisors there and respect authority) then you can sit back and relax. Everyone else has to work hard to make up for these guys who do very little.

Close to home, free parking. Customers are friendly. vacation time is fair.

Cons

Sales people can be rude to customer service and we are not treat with much respect. raises are very low. Salary is a bit below average.

PTO time, no work on weekends or holidays. Company discount on basically everything. Free lunches and special events (before merger)

Cons

The transition after the merger was not smooth due to poor planning. Customers suffered in the process and employees were frustrated.
