The company has a lot of room to grow and can chase annual success by smashing certain metrics.

Cons

This company seems to have lost its identity. The core values are so detached from the workforce. So much so that no one from my facility can recite them to me. Upper management are blatantly bleeding the existing talent dry and not providing the necessary assistance or resources to achieve daily success. All employees are extremely stressed out including Department/Operations managers. There's honestly too many things to name so to keep this short, The soul of this company has ceased to exist.
