      I can’t say one positive thing about this job other then some of my co-workers were very nice and the facility is nice

      Cons

      My boss was the least helpful person, rude, bad mood, sent me nasty emails, his door was constantly closed. TERRIBLE person to work for.

      It was a decent, stable company back in the early 2000’s

      Cons

      The company culture is horrible. The A/R dept is run by petty people. It has a heavy HR presence, who justify their existence by encouraging people to report the silliest incidents. The lower levels in the company has low educated collections/deductions staff. Managers have “degrees” from trade schools, and have little polish. Highly political. You have to be prepared to be a “brown nose” in order to help managers feel good about themselves.

      I don't work there anymore.

      Cons

      Everything from management, work space/load and equipment. Everyone back stabs each other to try and get ahead. Hardest workers get left with the most work. Management has their favorites, and they can do whatever they want.
