Everyone is willing to help and support you as an individual. PTO, holidays, basic necessities are also really nice.

Cons

You team determines your growth. Company was in the red for awhile, there's very little an individual can do to make change. A lot of old timers that don't really want change or care. But then there's also people that make the company their entire life. Really no in-between.
