The people that actually do the work are nice.

Cons

Management is inconsistent, lacking long term vision for actual company growth., They make decisions solely to benefit their PE Sycamore. Cash flow problems, and they were slow to pay vendors consistently.

Pros

Benefits, PTO, operations management are great. Co-workers are more passionate than any other warehouse job I've ever had.

Cons

HR is nonexistent. I was hoping the recent change would make it better, instead it got worse. Questions get left unanswered for days, weeks at at time. It's a shame, the rest of the company is very passionate.
