Cons

It is no secret that some product categories are facing challenges due to the increasing shift towards technology. This can be a concern for those that are closely tied to these categories but Essendant is actively adapting to these challenges through category expansion and fulfillment services. Like many companies and with the decline categories, Essendant faces expense challenges when sales decline. While this can be a hurdle at times, it is also an opportunity for employees to get creative and find innovative solutions.
