Pros

Meet a lot of great hardworking people. I had a great manager that was fair and treated everyone with respect. Good fast-paced work environment with great tools at your disposal to measure performance.

Cons

Sales and performance as a company are declining resulting in reduction of staff and facility closures. I would still be employed there if my facility did not close.

Made some great friends while at Essendant.

Cons

Leadership needs to be better at giving accolades to high performers. Not good at hiring and promoting from within. Very gossipy workplace led by senior leader. Poor culture since bought by sycamore
