      Company "Suffered" During Pandemic

      The work environment is nice. All of my coworkers are kind and reliable.

      Cons

      Because of business slowing down during the pandemic, the company claimed that they could not give us our roughly $0.20 yearly raises. We sell millions of dollars worth of cleaning supplies. The company could afford it. Within the past year, we have been required to work more quickly with no increase to our hourly pay. There is occasionally mandatory overtime.

      Cons

      Low pay, really thin profit margin forced management to be strict on everything. Recently bought by a investment firm that also owns Staples. Since then many facilities have been closed down and/or consolidated with nearby facilities.
