Poor management, VERY cliquey among employees and supervisors, made it a toxic environment to work in, ultimately driving me to leave. Very little hands-on training at the beginning, and as a new employee, you’re treated as less than everyone else. They do not help you learn, but rather belittle you to your face and behind your back. Rarely saw my actual manager or supervisor, and they didn’t seem to take the time to get to know you or help you get started in your position. They throw you some training material and modules and that’s about it. The job felt more like a constant competition rather than an inclusive, team-oriented environment.
