      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to work overtime nearly every paycheck. If you can get in it’s a great jumping off point to advance your career in the healthcare field. Flexible for college students.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be exhausted running your tail end off. High stress environment that runs you ragged for a low wage. My specific department has no employee moral boosting. Everyone on the team feels completely worthless to the company and feel like slaves to low wages with increased amount of work that is required of us to do.
