They offered health benefits to all full-time employees.

Cons

If you do not train your employees right, you will get cross contamination across all areas in SPD. Technicians, get blood tested often and don't assume dirty instruments can't find their way into the assembly area. Be very cautious of getting poked and report all injuries.
