      Pros

      Good people, good organizational mission, plenty of opportunity to make a difference. Every organization has its challenges, work through them and make the place better.

      Cons

      Too much middle and upper management. Too many VPs, Sr. VPs, Directors, CxO's. Save the company money and get rid of some of these people. Allocate those savings to increasing front-line staff.

      I liked the hours 8 am to 4:30pm,then I could spend time with daughter when she was young.

      Cons

      Well there was not really any. I liked working there. Pay was good and benefits.
