      Friendly competent staff. New technology, electronic medical records Epic, and Level II trauma center.

      Cons

      Director of nursing aggressive towards long time excellent leaders in nursing. Arrogant standoffish coworkers just like any place.

      IT management is horribly unqualified, most that I dealt with didn't have any management experience prior to this job. End up working 50/60 hours a week, and they will ask for more
