      Pros

      Decent work environment to work in with the new building I do love my managers

      Cons

      Business model is highly focused on trying to “fit in” with other great hospitals such as Mayo Clinic, Regions, etc. by trying to expand and do things similarly to other hospitals but falls flat when it comes to retaining staff and taking care of those that have been working for them for years
