      Essentia is a good place to work, but the pathology department is terrible

      Pros

      If you are a bad worker, this is the place for you. They will give you raises, bonuses and let you do whatever you want.

      Cons

      If you are a good conscientious worker, you will be frustrated beyond anything you can imagine. The management is horrible, which continues to hire friends so there is no where to go with complaints.

      Cons

      Poor admin and management! Care about two things….themselves and money!! The two things they should care about, patients and employees, last two things on the list!!!
