      Payscale not in line with duties and experience. No transparency as it relates to pay scales and no path to incentavise individual excellence.

We review every position salary range with the market to insure we are paying fairly. Also, we have great total rewards including generous 401K defined contribution and match, bonus, and health benefits from the first day of employment.       Thank you for your helpful comments. Indeed Essity has a bright future. Every employee at Essity develops both individual and shared goals with their manager. Also, we develop a detailed 180 day on-boarding plan for new employees. We apologize if we missed the mark in your case. This is something to look into.
