I enjoyed my time at Essity. I worked around for a decade and learned a lot, I am very grateful for my time in Essity. I recommend it if you are the enterprise type of employer. They support employees in a good sense and way.

Cons

Not a fast mover. Very corporate. Very rigid.

Nice people on site - there is the odd bad management and difficult person. Good brands to work alongside

Cons

Poor management style. Left employees feeling low and crushed confidence. If you want good progression look into team you report into.
