Pros

Dedicated employees, good Philadelphia commute, reasonable salary and benefits

Cons

Job titles have recently been downgraded , open-office plan is beautiful but dehumanizing, everything is do-it-yourself, long-term employees disappear, even the smallest investments require extensive financial justification

Thank you for your helpful comments. We are pleased you are enjoying our salary and benefits offering. Job titles may change to reflect the market and job duties but our compensation and benefits plan has not been downgraded. While most companies would like to sell more high volume products, our strategy is multi-tiered and always has a focus on the customer and how to best serve their needs.

Pros

My onboarding mainly consisted of meet and greets for the first 6 weeks. These are helpful to understand the org structure and to make connections. My team leader is in a different state, and he did a great job of setting up daily touch base Skype meetings for us to catch up, discuss my tasks and objectives, and for me to ask questions. Employee orientation/product training (3.5 day session, 5 weeks into my employment) is a great way to meet other new people and provides a great overview of the company and it's products. Leadership presents during the orientation and makes the new employees feel valued. Received some fun Essity items to use and display at my desk.

Cons

Employee orientation and product training is offered quarterly- it would be helpful to have it, or a higher level version of it, sooner.
