      Overall, a great company to work for. They are very focused on being eco friendly and really value respect and integrity. Great benefits and room for growth.

      Pros

      What we do makes a difference for people. The market is growing and the company is resourcing for it. The work / life balance is real Opportunities to work with Europeans Good communication on results from Management

      Cons

      Being a challenger brand in the US, we have to adapt to the market challenges a lot which can be frustrating. There is a change underway to empower people but decision making sometimes is still a bit slow. Sometimes feels not all teams are held accountable equally.
