Stability for long term period- even though Essity is a smaller company than others, they promote stability in the workplace and in the work environment. They offer a hybrid work-3 days at office 2 at home, but it can be discussed to custom your necessities (if you have a sick child, they don't have an issue to work from home).They offer medical insurance, meal tickets and a vacation bonus.
Cons
the chances of advancing in your career are somewhat limited due to the flat composition of the organisation (fewer employees=fewer positions).But this fact is disclosed in the beginning steps of the interview so it is not a surprise.
