Pros

Great salary, Great perks. Great bonus. Amazing company ethos which you can get behind.

Cons

Redundancies have occurred in 2025 CEO left and was replaced with an internal person who has taken charge of 'cost savings / employee reduction' All face-to-face meetings and travel have been cancelled / rejected this year. Company is becoming AI orientated.

Pros

We got company products pretty often and we could get toilet paper and pads for free. I learned what to look for in a manager and what red flags to avoid in a manager. It taught me to be more organized. The people were nice and the staff was entertaining to hang out with.

Cons

A team of 3 "veterans" was replaced (2 girls went on maternity if I remember correctly and the last girl was denied a very small raise and left) by a team of newbies (I think I was paid more than the person who was denied the raise but I could be mistaken). The manager was ok but was a workaholic and expected people to care as much as she did. It was brought to my attention that I was taking to many breaks. Mind you that half the time I was taking my lunch break at my laptop and the "many" breaks were in fact a coffee break in the morning that was around 10-15 minutes and a afternoon smoke break. If you were 5-10 minutes late you would be called by the manager to see where you're at because most times people were in the office 15-20 minutes early. I would say I am a fast worker but I still couldn't manage to finish all my tasks within the day. This made the workplace very stressful, so stressful, in fact, that on New Year's Eve that year I worked until 6 o'clock. That was the only time I really had to work until the end of the workday on 31st of December. This workplace had me burnet out in less than 1 year so in 11 months I was out.
