What a great place to work at. I feel like I am my own boss/contribute directly to the success of Ethos. Company is growing rapidly ,launching cutting edge tech, and disrupting a 150 year old industry. Management is kind/passionate but demanding. One of the few insuretechs that has positive EBITDA

Company is demanding, but demanding in a good way where you feel like your hard work makes a direct impact.

I started my career at Ethos in an entry level position. Over the last couple of years, my hard work has paid off and has allowed me to move up in the company. The upper management is not only supportive, but has also taught me so much during my time here.

Cons

While Ethos can be stressful at some times, I value everything that I have learned here.
