      Fully remote role at an incredibly dynamic, fast-paced, and growing company which is breaking down barriers to life insurance. Having worked for decades at global life insurance companies, Ethos proves you can get things done, drive change, and really make a difference everyday for the customer.

      Pros

      At Ethos you have the opportunity to make direct contributions to the company's success. A basically flat structure gives you access to senior most leaders no matter your level and you can get direct feedback from them on your initiatives. The company is mission driven, with everyone working towards the same outcome of protecting more families with life insurance. We hear often from the CEO and CFO who share regular business updates with the whole company.

      Cons

      Groups can be siloed sometimes and it may take a while for you to learn what others are working on. Working across time zones can often be challenging with many colleagues in India.
