In my opinions, pros for this company are: 1. Strong product -- Ethos has a set of key advantages in the industry which has made it successful - instant UW, broader portfolio, better user experience, etc. 2. Growth ahead - I feel Ethos will keep growing. It has been very successful in the products it's offering, but has several products in pipeline that will provide significant avenues for growth. 3. Strong leadership - Leaders are smart, knowledgeable while at the same time being humble, down to earth and good people. They are empathic to the employee base as well. 4. People -- Ethos has a great mix of experienced and rising employees - all motivated, all proactive, all smart.

Cons

Sometimes we move too fast -- but that can be considered a pro as well. The speed at which Ethos moves allows it to maintain its lead over its competition.
