      Pros

      It's a decent company with good benefits and good income. The colleagues are also pretty cool and will miss them.

      Cons

      Management may seem a little detached from what really needs to be done. They haven't set a coherent strategy.

      Great people, culture, benefits, and outlook. Many smart people that I'd like to work with again if I could.

      Cons

      Little bit relaxed for an ecommerce company. I'd recommend that people spend less time reading and more time working.

      People and culture. Lots of terrific people and generally all very collegial, mindful and creative

      Cons

      Very little top down direction. This is also one of the things that makes the company great but can be frustrating at times.
