      Pros

      Talented teams, great benefits and perks, easy to learn new skills, easy to connect with coworkers and learn about the business

      Cons

      As with any matrix-ed organization, sometimes difficult to understand division of labor on projects. Often people / teams would be working on the same things and not know it. This was improving over time though!

      Pros

      Just celebrated by 7 year Etsyversary and i'm so happy I am still here. Etsy is a wonderful place that continues to challenge me every day and I am so grateful. I'm able to work remotely but also come in to the office when I need to.

      Cons

      We move really fast and that can sometimes lead to some decisions we regret later. We also care a lot about what everyone thinks which can be a good thing but can sometimes slow us down.
