Pros

Collaborative coworkers who genuinely care about each other, interesting technical problems to solve, and opportunities to grow skills despite the company’s current challenges.

Cons

Recently went through a round of layoffs with three weeks’ severance, and the company is experiencing financial pressures which creates some uncertainty about long-term stability.

Pros

I have been with the company for a little under a year and there is a lot to share in this section: - Fully remote work, very flexible with life, managers are very understanding - Flexible PTO policy - Management gives analysts and sr analysts a lot of responsibility, making you feel the impact of your work and that you are growing in your career - A lot to learn in an interesting industry - Competitive salary - Great culture

Cons

- Some classic startup issues like not that great benefits, but management has been working on improving this - Sometimes expected to know a lot in a subject you don't know much in, but this gives opportunity to learn and grow - Some patience is required at times since the company is still growing and doesn't have the resources of a large company yet
