Good technology and software development process

Cons

Very bad product based company with extreme office politics. HR will force new joiner with high package to submit positive reviews, do not trust it. Extreme mirco management.

It’s a great first job, you will get a lot of training.

Cons

Pay is absolutely unacceptable, promotions are not metric based, just where your name falls on the list and if your group leaders like you or not. Too much stress for too little pay. You’re constantly being rushed to meet TAT but quality matters right? Management does not care to change things, in all the years of its existence nothing has been standardized within business units or outside.
