Many new people are coming and many projects wait someone to undertake them.

Cons

Unfortunately law represents employer rights here, no one is caring about employees' rights. Everyone obey Fountas will and no one has other thoughts, suggestions or sth to care about. A lot unsheduled hours of working, no one is here available to support you and teach you.

Flexible hours.... also can claim for food and travel expenses. Free pick and drop office bus service for 9 am to 6 pm working employees. Company gives Mobile and postpaid sim card. 2 Work from home per month. Encash remaining Leaves while leaving organization. Nice interior set up. ATM facility available in office premises only.

Cons

Some managers are rude and unprofessional. Not having enough facilities for those are working in shifts. Canteen not available after 6 pm and at weekends. Minimum salary hike, Company always cry in appraisal month. 3 months notice period. Always Favorisom to "chatu" employees. No life balanced.
