Pros

While being a 24/7 operation and working weekends, management is flexible to adjusting schedules as needs arise. I am involved in frequent upgrades of machinery and production processes. Very challenging.

Cons

Unfortunately, shortly after I started, this company announced it is relocating to New Jersey. The three plants in New York are slowly shutting down and being moved to the new plant . One plant is already gone.
